Teaching Assistants required to join an ''Outstanding'' secondary school in Broxbourne from September 2026.

Prospero Teaching is working with a fantastic Outstanding secondary school in Broxbourne that is looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join their supportive SEN department from September 2026.

We welcome applications from Psychology Graduates, Graduates, and experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people.

The successful candidates will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full Time (8:00am - 3:30pm/4:00pm, plus parents'' evenings where required)
Pay: -95 - -110 per day, depending on experience

• A Bachelor''s degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Psychology degree desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
• A positive, proactive and reliable approach to working within a school environment.
