Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work within specialist schools and provisions across Bristol.The successful candidate will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and build positive relationships within the school environment. You may be supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, complex needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.The Role:Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basisAssisting teachers with classroom activities and learningProviding emotional, behavioural and pastoral supportHelping pupils develop their communication, social and independence skillsSupporting pupils with additional and complex needsWorking collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other support staffCreating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience working with children or young people is desirableExperience supporting SEN is highly beneficialA patient, resilient and caring approachConfident managing challenging behaviourExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about helping young people reach their potentialA genuine ..... full job details .....
