Prospero Teaching is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant in Watford to support classroom learning and targeted interventions. Working with the class teacher, you will help pupils understand tasks, practise key skills and participate confidently in school life. This is a general classroom support role, with opportunities to work with individuals and small groups across the primary curriculum. Your responsibilities Support English and maths activities, checking understanding and encouraging independence. Lead teacher-planned reading, phonics or number practice with small groups. Prepare classroom resources and help maintain an organised learning environment. Reinforce classroom expectations and support positive social interactions.
