      <description>Location: Rogerstone | Salary: 90.00-90.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | Role OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in their learning, both individually and in small groups. You will help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activitiesWork with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learningAssist with classroom preparation and organisationSupport pupils with additional learning needs where requiredHelp maintain positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagementSupervise pupils during activities, break times, or school trips when neededRequirementsA positive, patient, and caring attitudeGood communication and teamwork skillsExperience working with children is desirable (but not essential)A willingness to support pupils of varying abilitiesRelevant TA qualification or willingness to work towards one is an advantageWhat We OfferSupportive and friendly school environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingExperience working across a range of classroom settings</description>
