Location: Aylesbury | Salary: £95 - £100/day | Type: Permanent | SEN Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury - Secondary School Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Pay: -100 per day Role: Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant Looking for a role where building trust matters as much as classroom support? I''m recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary setting in Aylesbury, supporting young people with autism, communication needs and a range of complex learning and physical needs. This would suit someone who stays calm, adapts quickly and understands that behaviour can be a way of communicating an unmet need. You''ll be helping pupils to: Access lessons through individual and small-group support. Build confidence, communication and everyday independence. Manage transitions and regulate their emotions. Participate in school life, including support with mobility and personal care where needed. You should be comfortable moving between classes and supporting pupils with different needs. Relevant experience could come from a secondary school, SEND setting, youth work or a care role. Pay is -100 per day. The role is based in Aylesbury. Send your CV and availability to apply.</p
