Principal Education is working with specialist schools across Hounslow that want bright, resilient graduates full time until July 2027.   As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you will: - Support pupils with autism, SLD and SEMH needs, 1:1 and in small groups - Use strategies like PECS, Makaton and positive behaviour support - Help pupils manage big emotions and work towards their EHCP outcomes - Work alongside teachers, therapists and the SENCO every day - Build hands on experience you can talk about in any interview   What you must bring - Right to work in the UK - A degree, ideally in Psychology, Education or a related subject - Some experience with children or young people, paid or voluntary - Resilience, empathy and a genuine interest in SEN - Full time availability, Monday to Friday, term time - An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new application - Overseas police clearance if you''ve lived abroad for 6 months or more ...
