Primary Teaching Assistant / LSA Kensington and Chelsea, London 110 - 135 per day Full Time Long Term Ace Academics are recruiting a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary alternative provision setting in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with primary-aged pupils in small classes, providing personalised academic and pastoral support to help pupils engage positively with their learning. The Role Supporting pupils across the primary curriculum Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and classroom activities Promoting positive behaviour, engagement and confidence Working closely with teachers and pastoral/support staff Helping maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, Learning Support Practitioner or SEN TA Primary school experience highly desirable Confident supporting pupils with different learning and behavioural needs Patient, positive and able to build strong relationships with pupils Good communication and classroom support skills Committed to safeguarding and pupil well-being What''s on Offer? 110 - 135 per day, dependent on experience Long-term, full-time position Small class sizes and personalised learning Supportive and experienced staff team Opportunity to make a genuine ..... full job details .....
