Key Responsibilities Whole-Class Support: Assisting the class teacher with classroom management, active learning activities, and creating an inclusive environment. Small Group Work: Delivering targeted reading, writing, and maths interventions for small groups of children to raise attainment. 1:1 Support: Providing individual tailored assistance to children who require extra academic, emotional, or behavioural guidance throughout the school day. Candidate Requirements Experience: Prior experience supporting children in a primary school setting or a strong background in Early Years/Nursery settings looking to transition into primary education. Core Skills: Confidence supporting core subjects (Reading, Writing, and Maths) alongside strong interpersonal skills.
