About the Role:
A welcoming and supportive SEND school in Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The role involves delivering personalised support, assisting with therapies, and creating an environment where all pupils can thrive and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with PMLD
andbull; Assist with learning activities, sensory play, and communication strategies
andbull; Support personal care needs and therapy programmes as required
andbull; Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support
andbull; Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning

Requirements:
andbull; Experience working with PMLD, SLD, or complex needs (preferred)
andbull; Patient, caring, and adaptable approach to learning support
andbull; Willingness to assist with personal care where necessary
andbull; Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
andbull; Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
