You will play a key role in supporting children both academically and personally, helping them to feel safe, valued and encouraged throughout the school day.The role will include:Supporting pupils with severe and complex SEND needs across the school day.Working closely with class teachers and specialist staff to support learning and development.Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and sensory needs.Assisting with personal care routines, including toileting, changing and intimate care where required.Encouraging communication, engagement and independence.
