The Role - Teaching Assistant As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning. Assist with classroom preparation and organisation of learning resources. Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND where required. Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence. Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
