The School supports young people from 3 to 19 years of age with Special Educational Needs. The school are currently seeking full-time members of staff to join their team of educators.The School:Pupils are taught within small year group classes, usually not exceeding more than 10 pupils per class, with generous staffing related to the specific needs of the class consisting of a teacher with a team of Learning Support Assistants.The school aims to promote and develop pupils'' learning, self-esteem, behaviour and confidence by providing rich and individualised learning opportunities for them to develop their skills and understanding and create an exciting school community which is child-centred, empowering and inclusive.The role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be required to support the young people in both their personal and educational development based on their individual development plan. This will be provided to you by the school via their assessment process to help aid you in how to support the young person.
