We are continuously working to build and maintain close partnerships with primary, secondary and SEN schools across the UK. As a Teaching Assistant the roles and responsibilities you should expect to undertake are as follows: * Assisting the classroom teacher * Working with small groups and 1:1 support * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents * Help manage pupil behaviour * To contribute to the school aims and ethos * Help pupils to access the curriculum We would expect you to have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and have previous experience of working with children.
