You''ll work closely with a tutor group throughout the school day, helping pupils engage with learning, manage transitions and build confidence.The roleSupport pupils in lessons, individually and in small groupsBuild positive and consistent relationships with young peopleSupport pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional needsHelp pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with learningUse calm, clear and consistent behaviour supportWork alongside teachers, SEN staff and the therapy teamAbout youPrevious SEN or school experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.We''re looking for someone who is positive, proactive, resilient and reliable, with a genuine interest in supporting young people.You will ideally have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) and must be able to drive with access to your own vehicle.This could suit a SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor or Support Worker, as well as someone with ..... full job details .....
