Beautiful Independent Prep School - Teaching Assistant Role - Shepherd''s Bush W12, Part time, long term We are working with a beautful independent prep school in Shepherd''s Bush (W12) who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil within the classroom with ASD and ADHD on a 1:1 basis. Location: Shepherd''s Bush, W12 Start Date: ASAP Role: Teaching Assistant 1:1 (Year 4) Contract: Part time, long term Hours: 8:30-12:30 (Monday Friday) Pay: £70-£80 for the morning Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with ASD and ADHD Support communication, engagement, and social interaction Help the pupil access daily lessons and classroom activities Work alongside the class teacher to follow and adapt individual support strategies Create a calm, encouraging and structured learning environment Maintain strong safeguarding and behaviour support practices About You: Experience supporting pupils with ASD and ADHD Calm, patient, and nurturing approach Confident supporting year 5 Proactive, reliable, and supportive Why Join Us?
