This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Support Worker or Youth Worker who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their potential. You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team, providing 1:1 and small-group support and helping pupils engage positively with their education in a structured, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils Support children and young people with SEN, SEMH, ASD and ADHD Assist teachers with delivering engaging and accessible lessons Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally Support positive behaviour and implement individual behaviour strategies Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils Encourage independence, confidence and resilience Help maintain a calm, safe and supportive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals ..... full job details .....
