The Role - Secondary Teaching Assistant Support students across a range of subjects and year groups. Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide tailored support for students with additional needs. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a supportive learning environment. Help students develop independence, resilience and self-belief. What We''re Looking For Experience working with young people in a school, educational or mentoring setting. A positive, patient and proactive approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all students.
