This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can balance whole-class support with working closely with pupils with additional needs.  You will support pupils with complex needs, including ASD and ADHD, so the school is looking for someone who can bring clear structure and expectations, while maintaining a fun, approachable and supportive presence in the classroom.
