      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;525/week | Type: Contract | Teaching Assistant   *  Location:  Rubery, Birmingham, B45  *  Weekly Pay Rate:  -500 - -525  *  Start Date:  ASAP  *  Days:  Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)  *  Hours:  8:30am - 3:30pm  *  Contract:  Long-Term to Permanent  Long Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rubery, Birmingham. This role will be based within Key Stage 2, providing a mixture of whole-class support, targeted interventions and occasional 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.  The school is looking for someone who can build strong relationships with pupils, promote positive behaviour and help children overcome barriers to learning.
