      <description>Location: Erdington | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Contract | Teaching Assistant    Location:  Erdington, B23   Pay Rate:  -110 - -120 per day   Start Date:  ASAP    Contract:  Monday - Friday, long-term temp to perm.    Long Term Futures are recruiting for a nurturing and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Birmingham, Erdington. This role is based within Early Years, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with additional needs, alongside providing general classroom support. A significant part of the role will involve 1:1 support with pupils who have SEN, helping them to access learning through tailored strategies, structured routines and consistent support.  The role is a long-term position with the opportunity to turn permanent for someone who is passionate about early intervention, patient in their approach, and confident adapting support to meet a range of needs within a classroom environment.
