Teaching AssistantLocation: Redditch, B97Pay Rate: £500 - 525 per weekStart Date: ASAPHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Monday - Friday, long-term temp to perm.Long Term Futures are looking for a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Redditch.This role is based within a Year 5 classroom, where you will support pupils through a mixture of small group interventions, classroom support and behaviour management strategies. The class includes a small number of pupils with SEN, so the school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and confident supporting children who may need extra encouragement and structure throughout the school day.Key Responsibilities:Support teaching and learning within a Year 5 classroomDeliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracySupport pupils with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulationAssist the class teacher in maintaining a positive learning environmentProvide additional support for pupils with mild SEN needsWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupil progressIdeal Candidate Profile:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)Experience working within a primary school settingStrong behaviour management and communication skillsExperience delivering interventions or small group supportExperience supporting pupils with SENAbility to build positive relationships with pupils and staffAbout the SchoolWelcoming and inclusive primary school in ..... full job details .....
