Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Nuneaton, rated ''Good'' by OFSTED, who are seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to support across multiple year groups. This role will involve a combination of whole-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN such as ASD and ADHD. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Provide flexible support across different year groups as requiredAssist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and adapting activitiesWork with small groups to deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social developmentOffer 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including ASD and ADHDSupport pupils with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learningHelp maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environmentCollaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to meet individual learning needsMonitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staffIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school settingConfidence supporting across ..... full job details .....
