Teaching Assistant Location: Rubery, Birmingham, B45 Weekly Pay Rate: £500 - £525 Start Date: ASAP Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Long-Term to PermanentLong Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rubery, Birmingham. This role will be based within Key Stage 2, providing a mixture of whole-class support, targeted interventions and occasional 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.The school is looking for someone who can build strong relationships with pupils, promote positive behaviour and help children overcome barriers to learning.
