Teaching Assistant Location: Hillingdon, West London Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-Term and Daily Supply Roles Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 4:00pm A range of welcoming mainstream and SEN schools across Hillingdon are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams on both long-term and daily supply placements. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivering targeted interventions, and helping children achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN Deliver targeted interventions to support pupils'' academic and personal development Support pupils with their learning, engagement, and classroom activities Work across mainstream and SEN settings, depending on the placement Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence Support pupils'' social, emotional, and personal development Work closely with teachers and other support staff to meet pupils'' individual needs Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment About You Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar education-based role Experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential Experience delivering or supporting targeted interventions Confident working with pupils ..... full job details .....
