Headteacher: Nicola Harmer Hours of work: 36 hours per week, Term Time only. Salary: Scale 2. Point 3 (£24,796, plus L.W. £2,301) to Point 4 (£25,185, plus L.W. £2,301) PRO RATA Actual starting pay: Gross salary: £21,495 per annum, plus gross L.W. £1,994 per annum. = £23,489 Hours of Work: 36 Hours Per Week, Term Time only.
