We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals with experience supporting children or young people who are looking for their next opportunity within education. Depending on your experience, you could work within a mainstream primary classroom or a specialist SEND setting, providing 1:1, small-group or general classroom support. Pupils may have additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, communication difficulties or additional learning needs. Reliability, punctuality and consistency are essential. Many pupils benefit from familiar adults, predictable routines and strong relationships, so schools need Teaching Assistants who are committed to becoming trusted and consistent members of their teams.
