The ideal candidate will have experience using Lexonics or similar structured literacy programmes and will be confident supporting students who may have gaps in their literacy skills, including students with SEND. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping young people develop their confidence, independence and communication skills.
