Teaching Assistant - Learning Difficulties and Autism (Secondary School)

The Role Responsibilities will include: Supporting students with learning difficulties and autism across a variety of subjects and year groups (Years 7 11) Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Providing one-to-one or small group support to help pupils develop communication, social, and learning skills Implementing strategies to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), including the use of visual aids, structured routines, and positive behaviour approaches Helping pupils manage transitions and regulate emotions throughout the school day Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in all aspects of learning and personal development Supporting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment What We re Looking For Experience working with ..... full job details .....
