The Role: Supporting students aged 14-16 within the classroom and around the school. Building strong relationships and promoting positive behaviour. Assisting with learning activities and engagement. Supporting students with emotional regulation and social development. Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and be confident managing challenging behaviour. A background in sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, care or education would be highly advantageous.
