Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1. This role would suit someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their learning and development.

The Role
* Support pupils with their day-to-day learning
* Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
* Provide additional support to individuals and small groups
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence
* Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

What We''re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children is desirable
* A patient, caring and supportive nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive approach to supporting learning
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
