As a Teaching Assistant or student support assistant, you must have a natural aptitude on the behaviour management and interpersonal skills as well as a very enthusiastic and positive manner. You must be able to have a level of resilience, be able to build rapport easily and will ideally have experience working with students who have Autism, physical and sensory disabilities and learning difficulties. All successful candidates will be subject to DBS and reference checks and will need to have the right to work in the UK.
