Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to helping children succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) are desirable.
