This role will involve supporting individual pupils in the classroom, including children with SEND. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Provide targeted support for children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other additional learning needs.
