The role: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs. Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote progress and wellbeing. What we''re looking for: Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting. Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to helping children succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) are desirable.
