The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Working with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
Providing additional support to children with varying learning needs.
Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement.
Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources.
Supporting pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting.
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
