Do you have a genuine passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs?Have you ever worked with a child with hearing impairments before?If so, I''d love to hear from you.I''m currently working in partnership with a large, well-established primary school in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan to recruit an exceptional one-to-one Teaching Assistant, starting in May 2026 through to the end of the academic year.This is a full-time, term-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm), offering a daily rate of £92.63 (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).In this role, you will provide dedicated one-to-one support to a pupil in Key Stage 1 who is partially deaf. The child requires consistent, nurturing support during social interaction, and engagement within the classroom.This isn''t just another classroom role-this is an opportunity to build a meaningful, trusting relationship and play a key role in shaping a child''s experience of education.
