      <description>Location: Wakefield | Salary: 95.00-95.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | Horbury Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Horbury to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is ideally suited to a confident and resilient Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The class has a high level of additional needs, therefore experience working with pupils who require tailored support strategies is essential. The Role  Support pupils within a Year 3 classroom, both individually and in small groups. Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities. Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs. Help implement individual support plans and interventions. Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
