Currently recruiting for; Year 6 General Teaching Assistant Support HLTA to cover the whole school when required Early Years SEN Support TA 1:1 Support in Year 1 EHCP PlanSplit Year 1 - 2 Class General TA SupportYear 2 - Learning Support Assistant Your new roleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:Support classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.Requirements:Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting.A passion for supporting the learning and development of children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
