The school is a small, nurturing provision with small class sizes and high staff-to-student ratios, allowing for personalised support and strong relationship building. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work full-time (5 days per week) on an ongoing basis, supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom.
