Key Responsibilities
Support pupils in class and in small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and administrative tasks.
Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs where required.
Encourage confidence, engagement, and independence among pupils.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
