This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils in their learning and helping them achieve their full potential within the classroom.The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and work with pupils on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom. Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation. Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress. Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement. Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required. Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and participation. Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment. The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will: Have previous experience working with children or young people.
