      <description>Location: Seven Kings | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;600/week | Type: Temporary | Position: ASC Teaching Assistant    Location:  East London   Contract Type:  Full-Time, Term Time Only   Salary:  £(Apply online only)  We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and knowledgeable  ASC Teaching Assistant  to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition within a specialist or inclusive educational setting in  East London . This role is well suited to an individual with a  strong understanding of autism and a commitment to supporting pupils  in achieving their full potential in a  structured and supportive environment.       Key Responsibilities    Provide individualised  1:1 and small group support  for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition  Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to meet pupils’ specific needs  Support pupils with communication, social interaction and sensory regulation  Use structured approaches (such as  visual supports and routine-based strategies ) to enhance learning and engagement  Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs and therapists to deliver consistent support  Promote positive behaviour and support pupils in managing transitions and changes in routine  Foster  independence, confidence and social develop...</description>
