      <description>Location: Brightlingsea | Salary: &amp;pound;92.59 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | GSL are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students in a secondary school setting with identified learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional &amp; Mental Health). This role is based in an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ school and involves supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis across Key Stages 3 and 4.  You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help students access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full academic and personal potential.
