They will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality support that enables every pupil to thrive both academically and personally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities.Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their individual learning goals.Foster pupils'' independence, confidence, communication skills, and emotional wellbeing.Promote positive behaviour using consistent, supportive, and restorative approaches.Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.Support pupils with personal care and medical needs where required, following appropriate training and school procedures.Contribute to the implementation of Education, Health ..... full job details .....
