Position-Details:

• Job-Title:-Teaching-Assistant - (GCSE support)-
• Location:-Accrington,-Lancashire
• Start-Date:-ASAP
• Contract-Type: Full-time until Easter 2026 (possibility to extend further)
• Working hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
• Hourly-Rate:80-100 per-day

The-ideal-Teaching-Assistant - GCSE will:

• Have-a-proven-track-record-of-a-similar-background.
• Have-experience-supporting-students-with-SEND-(Special-Educational- Needs)-on-a-1-2-1-basis.
• Have experience supporting KS4 students with GCSE preperation
• Be-an-excellent,-inspirational-Teaching-Assistant-with-strong-behaviour- management.
• Possess-a-passion-for-pupil-development.
• Provide-relevant-references.
• Possess-a-current-DBS-check-or-be-prepared-to-apply-for-one-as-part-of- your-registration.
• Be-committed-to-the-safeguarding-of-children-and-young-people.
• Be-willing-to-complete-a-face-to-face-registration-and-satisfy-several- checks.
