Are you a SEND Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting students with Autism and complex needs?

Empowering Learning Ltd are looking to appoint outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants in the Croydon borough area with experience supporting SEND students.

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are hands on and can support students with Complex needs, Autism and ADHD, assisting with personal care such as hygiene class support students to reach the best of their abilities. You will also be responsible for promoting an inclusive learning environment. So, if you would like the opportunity to make a difference to others and develop a career in working with children with then this is a great opportunity to do so. Hours of work 8.30 till 4pm.

To be successful for this role you must:

• Have passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to work in SEND Learning environments
• Have knowledge and experience with Autism or Complex needs students
• Play a significant role in the students learning journey
