Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Redbridge.

This is an ideal role for flexible, reliable TAs who are confident supporting pupils on short-term and day-to-day bookings.

The role includes:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a daily supply basis

• Working 1:1 or with small groups as required

• Assisting with behaviour management and engagement

• Supporting pupils with SEND where needed

• Adapting quickly to different school environments

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous TA or school-based experience

• Is flexible, punctual and professional

• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Is confident following school policies and routines
