About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in the Sleaford area. Roles are available for flexible daily supply, part-time work, and long-term placements to suit your availability.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers and pupils in the classroom
Assist with learning activities and behaviour management
Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements:
Previous experience as a TA or a relevant qualification
A passion for supporting children''s education and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to adapt across different school settings
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
