Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Guaranteed Pay Scheme

Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Teaching Assistants to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme and work across a variety of primary schools in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure the stability of guaranteed work with the variety and experience of working across multiple year groups and school settings.

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.

• Covering all year groups from EYFS to Year 6 as required.

• Supporting children with their learning, behaviour, and social development.

• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher).

• Must be a driver with your own car, as you will be required to travel to schools across the region.

• Flexible, reliable, and happy to adapt to different school environments.

• Passionate about supporting children and helping them succeed.
