Pay: £85 – £100 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Contract Type: Full Time

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the school, working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and engaged
• Assisting with behaviour regulation and positive routines
• Contributing to a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or transferable)
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils
• Willingness to learn and take direction from teaching staff

A background in SEN support is beneficial but not essential.
